For Your Information…….

Lambda Rho Omega Chapter always welcomes members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®  who are new or returning to the Gaffney area with open arms and sisterly love. Meetings are held on the second saturaday of each month promptly at 10:00 am.

Proof of membership is required and must be verified prior to entering the meeting.  
In accordance with the National Standard Operating Guidelines and/or Chapter Protocol, visiting members are asked to provide two forms of identification for meeting entry. Primary identification may include any government issued ID. Secondary identification may include, but are not limited to:

• A current or past financial card

• A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our Corporate Office

• A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference or Boule that contains your name

• A copy of the Ivy Leaf that contains your name

 

Transfers
Before transferring membership from one chapter to another, you must obtain the consent of your former chapter.  Please have your previous chapter President and Treasurer complete, sign the form, and return the original to you.  We encourage you to bring the completed form to our next chapter meeting. Please make sure you keep a copy for your records.

Before transferring your status as a General Member to chapter member, you must obtain clearance from the Corporate Office.
